Frequently Asked Questions
How does pricing work for small orders of multiple patterns?
All individual order forms are compiled into one invoice that is priced at the total of all cards ordered (whether they are custom designer cards or simpler express cards).
How many cards can I order?
You can order as few cards as you wish or as many, all of our cards are printed indivually so you do not require minimums or multiples. Of course we do recommend ordering enough cards in total to justify the shipping.
Can I design my cards with a full bleed design?
All of our cards are printed with the 1/4" white border required. When full bleed cards are done they are printed larger than required and trimmed to fit. When we trim our cards we are able to recycle the trimmings with less impact on the environment as less deinking is required.
If my cards are eco cards why is my order packed in non-recylable material?
All of our card orders are custom packed with 3/16" Foam Core, this offers much more protection than cardboard and our packaging is custom sized per order to minimize packing materials. All foam core used is recycled from the picture framing industry where smaller pieces of foam cannot always be used efficiently and are often landfilled.
What format should my images be submitted in?
We recommend saving your images (or layouts) as a 300dpi higest quality .jpeg file. If you are submitting images from artwork scans we do recommend resizing to a maximum length of 7" at the 300 dpi size. Website forms are limited to 20 MB upload per form (total of images on form).
How do I track my order?
Once orders are completed and shipped a tracking number will come from "Canada Post" as the sender. Note that tracking does not always reflect all scan destinations and often is not updated once crossing the border into US Postal Service zones. While sometimes the packages arrive a day or so late we have never had a package go missing entirely. Please make sure to be polite when inquiring on tracking status as this is out of control and can only be internally traced once the package is beyond its estimated delivery time. Note that during certain times per year that customs can take additional time.
